No, enrolling in the Genuine Apple Parts Program through MobileSentrix is completely free. You only pay for the parts you order.
What kinds of Apple parts are available through this program?

How does ordering and returns work?

Yes, enrolling in the program is required. This helps ensure you choose the option that works best for you and gives you a chance to review and agree to the terms and conditions.
How can I change from GAPP with core returns to GAPP without core returns or vice versa?
There aren’t any special requirements to change the agreement type. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the switch for you! You’ll just need to sign the updated agreement again and settle any pending non-returned core charges before the account can be switched.
I am already an IRP or ASP store. Can I still enroll in GAPP?
Unfortunately, this program is not currently available to businesses that are already affiliated with Apple. This includes IRP and ASP programs.
Can I choose to send core returns for some repairs and not others?
Both versions of the GAPP program are separate and cannot be combined. So, if you enrolled in GAPP with Core Returns, you would have to return cores on all parts that require core returns.
What does “type of entity” mean when enrolling in the program?
“Type of entity” refers to the legal structure of your business, such as LLC, S-Corp, or similar classifications.
When are the core returns due?
Core returns are due 60 days from the date of purchase of the Genuine part. You can monitor these under the Core Returns section of your account dashboard.
Can the core returns be sent back with other shipments such as RMA or Buybacks?
Certainly! You can combine your core returns with any shipments you are shipping to us. Just be sure to label the core returns correctly with the stickers provided when you purchase the genuine part.
Does enrolling in this program restrict me from purchasing or using any other parts?
Not at all! This program simply gives you access to Genuine Apple parts and does not take away your access to any other parts.
What happens if the cores are not returned in time?
After purchasing a part, you have 60 days to return the cores. If the cores are not returned within this timeframe, the core fee for the part will be charged to your credit card on file.
What if the core I’m returning is an aftermarket part?
If the device you’re repairing with a Genuine Apple part had an aftermarket display before, you can still return it as the core return and you will not be charged the core fee.
Do the cores returns have to be functional?
The cores can be in any condition if they are the parts that were on the device before performing the repair.
How will the part calibration be done?
If the device you’re repairing is on iOS 18 or newer, the calibration will be done on the device itself using Apple’s new Repair Assistant feature.
Will the Genuine Apple parts be shipped from Mobile Sentrix or Apple?
Mobile Sentrix will handle the orders, shipping, and returns of all Genuine Apple parts purchased through us so you can purchase these parts just like you’re used to buying other parts from MS.
Where do the cores need to be shipped?
The cores need to be shipped to Mobile Sentrix Core Returns department.
What models do you carry?
Currently, we carry Genuine parts for iPhone 12 and above models with more models and device types coming soon.
Can I use the marketing materials after signing up for the program?
Yes! The marketing materials are made for you to use digitally or physically in your store to attract new customers that only want Genuine Parts for their repairs.
