Mr Fix It has been fixing phones, tablets, laptops, and consoles in Georgia since 2011. Two locations, one team, and one simple promise: honest diagnostics, real repairs, and a 1-year warranty on every job we take.
Started in a spare room. Grew by word of mouth.
Mr Fix It opened its doors in Valdosta in 2011 as a one-person phone repair operation. No storefront, no marketing budget — just a good repair, a fair price, and a promise.
Fifteen years later that promise has fixed over 220,000 devices for South Georgia and Metro Atlanta families, students, first responders, and small businesses. We opened our second store in McDonough in 2014 to serve Henry County and the Southside.
We’re still owner-operated. Gadson — the founder — still reads every piece of customer feedback that comes in, and every repair still comes with a real 1-year warranty on parts and labor. That’s the whole model.
