Do I need an appointment for the Valdosta store?
Walk-ins are welcome — most repairs are same-day. You can also start online to skip the intake step at the counter.
How long does a phone repair usually take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screen repairs are 30–60 minutes. Battery replacements run about 45 minutes. Board-level repairs take 1–3 days.
Do you back up my data before the repair?
For 99% of repairs your data is completely untouched — screens, batteries, and ports don't affect storage. If your data itself is at risk, we walk you through options before we start.
What's your warranty policy?
Every repair carries a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within a year on a covered repair, we fix it free.
Do you match prices from other shops?
