What we fix

Every iPhone service you need.

We stock parts for every iPhone Apple has released in the last eight years. If it's broken, we've fixed it before — probably today.

Screen replacement

Cracked glass, black display, ghost touch, unresponsive digitizer, or dead pixels — replaced with OEM-grade OLED/LCD assemblies, True Tone preserved on Face ID models.

30–45 min

Battery replacement

Sudden shutdowns, 80% max health, or a battery that dies by lunch — new cell, sealed adhesive, battery health chip re-calibrated where supported.

45 min

Back glass replacement

Laser-based glass removal on iPhone 8 through 16 Pro Max — original chassis kept, new glass installed with factory adhesive. Same color, same finish.

1–2 hours

Charging port repair

Lightning or USB-C port cleaned, re-soldered, or fully replaced. Loose cable, no charge, or intermittent connection — fixed same-day.

45 min

Camera & rear glass

Blurry pictures, cracked camera lens cover, or shattered rear-camera glass — front camera, rear wide/tele/ultra-wide, or the lens cover only.

1 hour

Water damage recovery

Ultrasonic clean, board-level diagnostic, IC replacement where needed. Free diagnostic — no fix, no charge.

24–48 hours

Speaker & mic repair

Ear speaker crackle, bottom loudspeaker distortion, mic not picking up on calls — flex, mesh, and IC-level repair.

45–60 min
Included with every screen repair

True Tone stays working.

Third-party screen replacements normally disable True Tone and drop a warning in Settings. We use a professional programmer to transfer your original screen chip to the new assembly — True Tone, auto-brightness, and the whole display experience keep working like Apple built it.

Common questions

iPhone repair, answered.

How long does an iPhone screen repair take?+

Most iPhone screen repairs — iPhone 8 through iPhone 16 Pro Max — are done in 30 to 45 minutes while you wait. Back glass and water damage take longer.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?+

We use OEM-grade parts sourced through professional repair channels. Every screen we install passes True Tone calibration, and Face ID components are transferred from your original screen so Face ID keeps working.

Will my Face ID still work after a screen repair?+

Yes. We transfer your original Face ID module to the new screen assembly. Face ID keeps working on every Face ID iPhone we repair (iPhone X and newer).

What is a True Tone message and can you fix it?+

iOS shows a True Tone warning after a third-party screen swap. We use a programmer to transfer the original screen chip so True Tone and auto-brightness keep working normally. It's included in every screen repair.

My iPhone got wet — is it worth fixing?+

Bring it in, we'll do a free diagnostic. Ultrasonic cleaning and board-level repair recovers most water-damaged iPhones. No fix, no charge.

What is your warranty?+

Every iPhone repair we do is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. If a repair fails from a manufacturing defect within a year, we fix it free.

Do I need an appointment?+

Walk-ins are welcome at both Valdosta and McDonough. Booking online through Start a Repair lets us pre-order your part so you're in and out faster.

How much does an iPhone repair cost?+

Cost depends on model and repair. Bring your iPhone in — or click Start a Repair — for a free written estimate. No hidden fees, no diagnostic charge.
