The longest warranty in South Georgia — on every single repair.
Parts and labor. No hidden fees, no fine print, no “90 days if you register within 15 days” nonsense. Just a full year.
What’s covered
- Defect in the replacement part (screens, batteries, ports, etc.)
- Installation issues — anything caused by our work
- Battery health issues on replacement batteries
- Charging port failures after our repair
- Software issues caused by the repair
What’s not covered
- New physical damage (drops, cracks, water) after your repair
- Damage to parts we didn't work on
- Batteries that show physical damage or swelling
- Software issues unrelated to our repair
- Devices that have been opened by another shop after our repair
The warranty most shops won’t give you.
Every repair shop offers a warranty on paper. Read the fine print and you’ll usually find 30, 60, or 90 days — and a stack of exclusions. Here’s what the market actually looks like.
Because our repairs actually last.
A 1-year warranty only works if the repair holds up. Ours hold up because of how we work — not because of a stack of loopholes buried in the receipt.
Same techs, every repair
No rotating cast of part-time hires. The people fixing your device today are the same ones who were fixing them last year.
Diagnose first, part later
Most shops throw a screen at a screen problem. We test the underlying board so a real issue doesn't come back inside a year.
OEM-grade parts only
Cheap aftermarket parts are why 90-day warranties exist — they don't last a year. We spend more on parts so we can back them longer.
Broken something we fixed? Bring it back.
Bring it to either store
Valdosta or McDonough. No appointment needed. Bring the receipt if you have it — we can look it up either way.
We diagnose free
10-minute check on whether the issue is warranty-covered. If yes, we get to work.
Fixed at no charge
Same turnaround as the original repair. Same warranty resets on the replacement.
