Yellow Light of Death (YLoD) repair
The classic PS3 failure — reflow or reball of the RSX GPU or Cell CPU, new thermal compound, and airflow cleanup. Long-term fix, not a bake job.

Blu-ray drive & laser replacement
Won't read discs, ejects on its own, or grinds. Laser assembly, belt, or full drive swap. All PS3 drives are marriage-locked — we handle the pairing.
HDMI port replacement
Kicked cable or a worn port. Micro-solder replacement and bench-tested on 1080p signal.
Fan & thermal service
The most underrated PS3 repair. Removes years of dust, replaces dried paste, and quiets the fan back down. Often prevents YLoD entirely.
HDD upgrade / data recovery
Bigger drive or a failing drive. We can also usually recover saves and installs when the original HDD dies.

Can you fix a PS3 with Yellow Light of Death?
Usually, yes. Depending on the board revision we reflow or reball the GPU/CPU, replace thermal compound, and clean up airflow. Free diagnostic on every YLoD job.
Do I lose my saves if you replace the disc drive?
No — the drive is separate from the hard drive. Saves and installed games stay put.
Can you upgrade the PS3 hard drive?
Yes. Any standard 2.5" SATA drive (up to the PS3's supported ceiling). We migrate saves and reinstall firmware.
Is a Fat PS3 worth repairing?
For most collectors, yes — the Fat units are the ones with real PS2 backwards compatibility. If yours has that, it's usually worth saving.
