Thumbstick replacement (drift)
Steam Deck sticks drift like any other console — we install fresh Hall-effect or OEM stick modules depending on what you want. Both sticks, same-day walk-out.

Screen replacement
Cracked glass or dead LCD/OLED. We replace both the original 7" LCD and the OLED panel, and re-seal the assembly properly.
Fan replacement / thermal repaste
The Deck's fan works hard. When it gets loud, whines, or the Deck throttles, it's usually the fan bearing or dried paste. Full clean and repaste, or a fan swap when needed.

USB-C charge port repair
Won't charge or the port wiggles? Micro-solder replacement of the USB-C port. This is one of the most common Steam Deck repairs.
Won't power on / no boot

Button, trigger, and back-paddle repair

Do you fix both the LCD and OLED Steam Deck?
Yes — both. The OLED is a nicer machine to work on internally, but drift, ports, and fans fail on both.
Can you install a bigger SSD?
Yes. Bring the Deck and a compatible M.2 2230 NVMe (or let us source one). We'll clone or reinstall SteamOS and hand it back ready to game.
Will using Hall-effect sticks stop drift for good?
Hall-effect sticks don't wear the way potentiometer sticks do, so drift is far less likely to come back. It's the upgrade most of our Steam Deck customers pick.
My Deck won't turn on at all — is it worth diagnosing?
Almost always yes. Even a totally dead Deck is usually a board-level fix. Free diagnostic — you don't pay unless you approve the repair.
