- Xbox One S
- Xbox One X
Straight to the fix you need.
Common questions we get on the phone.
Same answers we give when the phone rings — no runaround.
Usually yes — the game library is huge and the One X still holds up as a 4K console. HDMI, disc drive, and thermal repairs almost always come in cheaper than a used replacement.
Free diagnostic tells you. We test the brick first (that's the failure on original Xbox Ones), then verify the console powers up cleanly with a known-good brick.
All three variants — original, S, and X. Same repairs, same 1-year warranty.
Yes on 99% of repairs. Xbox One also syncs saves to the cloud if you're on Live — either way, we don't touch your storage unless it's the actual problem.

HDMI port replacement
The classic Xbox One repair. Ports get worn out from years of use — we replace with a proper micro-soldered port.
- No signal or black screen
- Picture cuts out when the cable moves
- Bent or damaged pins in the port
- Only works at certain cable angles
Disc drive repair
Grinding, ejecting, or not reading? Drive service or replacement.
- Drive won't accept a disc
- Grinding or clicking sounds
- 'This disc is unreadable' errors
- Discs eject on their own
Overheating / fan service
10-year-old thermal paste is basically dust. Full teardown, clean, repaste, fan replacement if needed.
- Loud jet-engine fan
- Console shuts off mid-game
- Overheat warnings on the dashboard
- Cabinet-hot to the touch

Have something else? Give us a call — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Is Xbox One still worth repairing?
Absolutely — huge game library, cheap to fix, and the One X still holds up as a 4K console. Most repairs make financial sense.
Do you fix the original Xbox One power brick?
Yes — we test the brick, replace when needed, and check the board isn't the actual culprit.
