Usually yes. Most PS4 repairs come in well under the used-console market for a Slim or Pro. If it's not worth it, we'll tell you straight.
Yes on 99% of repairs. Only exception is when the drive itself is dying — in that case we walk you through drive-clone or fresh install first.
Free diagnostic tells you — not a guess. Most 'no picture' PS4s are just the port. A shorted HDMI IC on the board is rarer, and we can quote both options.

HDMI port replacement
Original PS4 and PS4 Pro HDMI ports fail constantly — the pins are fragile and the port bends under normal cable weight. We micro-solder a fresh port and 4K-test the Pro models.

Blue Light of Death fix
Blue light stays on and never turns white? Could be HDMI, board-level fault, storage issue, or thermal shutdown. Free diagnostic pinpoints which.

Overheating / thermal repaste
10-year-old thermal compound is like dry chalk. We do a full teardown, deep clean, new paste, and fan replacement if needed. Sounds like a whisper again.

Disc drive repair
Won't take discs, keeps ejecting, or grinds when reading? We fix or replace the disc drive assembly.
Power supply repair

Hard drive upgrade / replacement
Ran out of space? We swap in a bigger drive or SSD and preserve your data where possible.
Controller repair (DualShock 4)
Analog stick drift, trigger springs, worn thumbsticks, dead battery. Same-day walk-outs on most.

Is it worth fixing an old PS4?
Usually — yes. A $60–150 repair keeps a working console alive for years. We'll be honest if it isn't worth it (rare — most PS4 repairs make sense).
Do you work on PS4 Pro?
Yes — all three PS4 variants (original, Slim, Pro). Pro HDMI ports are especially common repairs.
How long is the fix?
