Red Ring of Death (RRoD) repair
The classic Xbox 360 failure. Depending on your board revision we either reflow or reball the GPU/CPU, replace thermal compound, and improve the airflow so it doesn't happen again.

Disc drive repair or replacement

HDMI ports on the 360 wear out or get kicked loose. Micro-solder replacement and bench-tested with a real signal.
E74 / general video error repair
The E74 error is usually the ANA/HANA scaler chip. We reflow or replace, and re-thermal.
Fan & thermal service
Dust and dried thermal paste is what kills 360s. Full teardown, clean, new paste, fresh fans when needed.
Controller repair
Stick drift, sticky triggers, bumper failures, sync issues, and battery contacts.

Modern repairs are much better than the old 'towel trick.' We reflow or reball, replace paste, and address the airflow — that's the long-term fix.
