Disc drive repair (Series X)
The Series X disc drive is proprietary and unforgiving — locked to the board. We handle drive replacements including the board re-pairing that Microsoft requires.

Overheating / fan repair
The Series X 'monolith' fan is a beast, but dust and bearing wear will still cook it. Full teardown, thermal repaste, fan replacement if needed.

No power / no boot
